Exchange Policy

Beyond Measure Custom believes in the transformative power of clothing and self expression. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our product while placing the utmost priority on client satisfaction.

Due to the nature of bespoke and MTM Custom product, we do not allow returns or issue refunds. Refunds can only be issued if the order has been cancelled prior to production of the order. Beyond Measure Custom, LLC ensure’s everything is delivered with 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, you have 30 Days from the day you receive your order to exchange for STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE.

NO TENDER REFUNDS ARE APPLICABLE ON ANY ORDER. Altered Merchandise/Orders will NOT BE APPLICABLE for exchange.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full prior to production of your custom order, no exceptions. State sales tax will be charged based on state in which your order is delivered or shipped. We accept all major credit cards via paypal, however a 3% processing transaction fee will be added to the total. Transaction process fees are waived for personal checks or cash payments.

We host appointments in our Bethesda, MD showroom or a home/office visit can also be arranged based on availability

Alterations

We offer one round of complimentary alterations within two weeks of the garments being delivered. Complimentary alterations offered on made-to-measure garments are below:

  • Jacket/Coat Take In/ Let Out

  • Shorten/Lengthen Sleeves (when applicable)

  • Trouser Hems (Plain or Cuff)

  • Shirt Back Panel Darts or Sleeve Shortening

  • Any other alterations will be charged a la carte .

For some of our more advanced alteration requests, we enlist our bespoke workshop in Brooklyn, NY. Shipping and insurance to/from the showroom will be the client’s responsibility, as outlined below.

Shipping/Insurance

You will be notified when your orders are received by email and text, whichever is preferred.

Orders are available for pick up 24/7 from the showroom address and will be held on location until shipping instructions are confirmed/relayed.

Shipping and necessary parcel/package insurance on all orders outside of the State of Maryland will be the customer’s responsibility at the time of shipment preparation.

After 60 days, Beyond Measure Custom, LLC is not responsible for housing or storing any orders on location.

Standard Shipping Charges:

UPS Ground $50

Insurance is based on the MSRP of your Order

$100 MSRP = $5 Shipping Insurance

E.G. $5000 suit would be $250 for insurance and $50 for ground shipping, total shipping estimate $300 in total for shipping/insurance and handling.
